Do you see your company's IT as an Asset?
.......or do you like so many others experience IT as a huge collection of hardware, applications and network. A necessary technicality that occupy so much of the company's spendings and where it's not possible to see how it really ad to your company's competitive advantage. In other words it's much more a liability.
"Some IT researches have shown that average firms spend 71 percent of their IT budget just to operate and maintain existing systems and platforms. Less than 29 percent goes to new business enabling IT initiatives."
But it doesn't have to be like this. First, start focusing on information and forget the Technology.

Information is a core foundation in any business. What information do your customers need? How can you enhance their business by providing the right information in the right time? How can you use information to create a unique selling point? Then follow the information flow through your company. Is it adequate? Is it easy to obtain? Do employees at all level have real time access to exactly the information they need. Is it accurate? Real time? And what about your suppliers. Do you exchange data as an integrated part of your business flow? Align your information flow with the 2 other flows - money flow, and the flow of products and services.

Technology is the tool(s) you structure and enhance your business information. Your digital platform must support exactly the way you design you business flows. Scattered solutions have to be eliminated. Centralize and optimize your platforms and applications. Make sure that any new technology solution can be seamless integrated into your current structure.
This is where I can add value to your business and create IT as an assets, by amongst others applying:
> Customer information assessment.
> Core business information assessment.
> Inspire, and advice management and top management.
> Analyzing, designing and aligning information flows according to your business needs.
> Technology assessment.
> IT strategy.
> Execution planning.
> Project management.
> Ajust amd integrate IT operations, maintenance, education and support.
